1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your WAUDOG product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of an unworn, unused item in its original packaging, in its original condition, with all original tags still attached and with all shipment documents within 30 days of purchase date.
2. HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
In order to return a product, you shall send the duly packed product to our address:

You do not have to pay for delivery services, when returning a product. We will pay all the delivery costs, relating to return. Please, notify us immediately about your return and send the confirmation at email@example.com, so that we could start processing your return.
3. HOW (AND HOW SOON) WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive your refund within 24 hours from the time of our receipt of return confirmation. The total price paid for the order product and its shipping to you will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
4. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If you consider the product purchased from the WAUDOG Sites to be damaged or defective, please make a photo of the defect and send us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for product exchange within 30 days of purchase date. If we find it damaged, defective or flawed, we will immediately send you a new product. If you do not want to have your product exchanged, please, notify us of your decision and we will process your refund.
5. WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN MY REFUND IS PROCESSED?
Of course, you will receive an email notifying when your refund is processed.
